As a thank you for ordering with me I would like to send you a thank you gift when you place an online order. I am delighted you have chosen me as your demonstrator and are placing orders via my online shop and this is my way of thanking you.
How does this work?
At the beginning of every month, I will issue a new hostess code and post this code on my blog. The code is valid for the entire month and every time you place an online order during that month (minimum purchase of £25 excluding P&P), you will receive a thank you gift from me and be invited to join my VIP Facebook Group and added to the VIP Newsletter. If you spend £150+, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE HOSTESS CODE as you will receive the associated rewards with your own order and be able to choose your own free items as part of your order (you will still receive a little thank you from me and be invited to join my VIP Facebook and added to the Newsletter Group). The Hostess Code will expire at 16.30pm UK Time on the last day of each month.

This does not affect the order you place online. The goods will still be shipped direct to your home in about 3-5 working days with the usual brilliant service you are used to.
Once I finalise the hostess code at the end of the month I work out how many hostess rewards we have totalled throughout the month. I then divide the hostess rewards amongst the wonderful people who ordered online that month and choose some current product to pop in the post to you as a thank you. If there is a month when there is an insufficient total to order current product, you will still receive a gift, but it may be from the retired product list (unused).
Please note the thank your gift will not be posted out till mid way through the following month and specific items cannot be requested or exchanged for other items. I get the wonderful job of choosing something lovely for you all. Remember, the thank you gift is only available to my online order customers who spend £25+ excluding P&P.
There are a few Terms and Conditions:
- This ONLY applies to Online Orders
- You MUST use the Current Host Code
- Sunflowers are issued for each full £30 of PRODUCT in each order (Postage & Packing is not included). If you place a £45 order you will get 1 Sunflower, if you place a £60 order you will get 2 Sunflowers. Orders can not be combined. Two £15 orders will not earn any Sunflowers, but one £30 order will.
- Once you have 10 Sunflowers, you should send the 10 vouchers back to me, at the address on the vouchers, and confirm what you would like to order with your £30. If the item you want is over £30, we can arrange for you to pay the difference.
- I will arrange postage once the order has arrived at Old Stables Crafts HQ (if the items is very heavy/bulky, I may arrange for it to be delivered direct to you)
- You are not able to order items from the Clearance Rack as these may have gone by the time your vouchers reach me.
- Sunflowers will expire after 24 months.
If you spend £150+ with your own order please DO NOT use the hostess code – you will not be eligible for Sunflower Rewards, but will get your own Host Rewards! YAY!!!
Any order totalling £150+ can choose their own free items for their hostess rewards as part of the order process. BUT you remember, you will still be added to my VIP Group.
