Crafting With Coffee And The Garden Of Wishes By Gina K. What can I say about today’s Live Crafting? I started late because my laptop was running SOOOO slowly and because we were running late having dropped our black cat, Pepper, off for a ‘dental’ earlier in the morning. What I did not need was for the vet to ring with an update about 5 minutes before we were going to finish. But life happens, so now let me share today’s projects with you.

Today I chose to use a stamp set that one of my amazing followers had sent to me, the Garden Wishes Stamp Set from Gina K. Before the Live I had planned the first two cards, having used the Deckled Circles to die cut two sizes of circle, one for each card.

For my first card I used the smaller of the 2 circles and stamped the floral image twice. My original intention had been for the two images to line up, but by hand, this was a little trickier than I had thought. I the video you will see two options for how to resolve the issue. I coloured the images with Peach Pie and Granny Apple Green Blends.

My second card used the larger Deckled Circle, and I started by stamping the sentiment in the middle of the circle. Once I was happy with this, I added the floral image on top and below this.

I decided to change this card up a little from the previous one, so made it Landscape, rather than Portrait, and added some matching Pretty In Pink Ribbon and Embellishments.

I was part way through my final card when the Vet rang to give me an update on how Pepper was getting on, so I had to drop out of the Live, but I promised to share the card with you, so here it is.

Which is my favourite? Well I love them all, but I think the last one is probably my favourite. It is so clean and simple, which I love in a card. I know you can throw everything and the kitchen sink at a card, but you really don’t need to all the time. Please let me know which is your favourite.

In case you are worried about Pepper, we have just heard that he is awake and eating, as well as demanding attention! Sadly he is going to have to have most of his teeth removed because he has a condition called Tooth Resorption. He has already had to have one tooth removed because of this and it is a condition that tends to impact all their teeth if it impacts any. Because he is going to need so many removed (most in fact) he will need to have a second visit and then a further check up in 6 months.
