Crafting With Coffee – Stampin’ Up! Fields In Bloom Live Replay Now Available! Did you catch today’s Live Crafting? I was using the Field of Blooms Two-Step stamp set and the Sweetly Scripted Stamp sets with the new InColors.
The new InColors are all so pretty and work so well together. What is more, you can get some of the new InColor Products FREE with the current Starter Kit offer (May 2024). Details are further down this post.
My first card used Shy Shamrock and Pretty In Pink inks and just Shy Shamrock for the card base and Designer Paper. The circle die is from the Spotlight on Nature Bundle/Dies. There are twelve circle dies in the set, with three different edgings. So pretty! Oh, and if you missed the Live, you may want to watch it back so you can see me going horribly wrong with this card!
Next up was a card making a full scene across the front of the card. This time I used Shy Shamrock, Petunia Pop and Summer Splash ink. The card base is Summer Splash and the layer is Shy Shamrock (using the result of the earlier mistake).
The sentiment for this card, in retrospect, is perfect as there are so many flowers that they could represent ‘a million thanks’! But seriously, I fussy cut the sentiment this time and added it to the card with some narrow edge pieces from Dimensionals. A few Shimmer Gems in Petunia Pop finished the card off nicely.
My final, quick, card uses scraps of paper and stamped clouds. They are the perfect the background for the little Peach Pie and Shy Shamrock bouquet.
I love the simplicity of this card and that it uses scraps. I find that the 6×6″ Paper packs in particular create lots of annoying sized pieces. Being able to use them up is always a plus!
