#Simplestamping Saturday Featuring Jungle Pals from Stampin’ Up!

#Simplestamping Saturday Featuring Jungle Pals from Stampin’ Up! Welcome back to my #SimpleStamping Saturday series. Today I am featuring the Jungle Pals Stamp and Dies from the Sale-a-Bration brochure. These items can’t be bought, you can only earn them FREE when you place a qualifying order.

#SimpleStamping Version

Using very few products, I was able to make this cute, but simple, Note Card. Although I used a sentiment from the Postal Perennials Bundle, you could use any sentiment you already have. I particularly liked this one as it mixed two fonts.

I used Tuxedo Black ink to stamp all the images, including the sloth on the front of the envelope. The colouring was using Watercolour Pencils from the first set of pencils. Although I have been using a Stampin’ Blends Color Lifter with my watercolour pencils recently, this time I used a Blender Pen. These are great value as you get 3 in a pack and they last a very long time.

First Stepped Up Version

For my first stepped up version I added some packs of card stock in Basic White, Soft Sea Foam and Basic Black. I love the look of Basic Black with just a ‘pop’ of colour, which the Toucan’s beak gives this project.

I kept the rest of the design simple with just a fussy cut sentiment, so Black and White Gingham Ribbon and a few Colour Dots

Further stepped up version

For my final version I just added a die for the Basic Black layer, taken from the Perennial Postage Bundle. I embossed this with cross hatch design from the Online Exclusive 3D embossing folders that were released last year.

The Jungle Pals Dies include lots of dies that are perfect for building your Jungle background. I chose some of the foliage ones and die cut these in Soft Sea Foam to add more of a focal point to the card.
