The kit’s acrylic-poured paint art style creates a stunning marbled effect that is perfect for beachy projects. The colours in the kit are also inspired by the beach, Crumb Cake, Pecan Pie, Lost Lagoon, Pool Party and Wild Wheat, all on a white base.

I rarely share alternative projects for our Kits, but today I was inspired to have a go. That patterned card is too good to not exploit to the most. And, I know I should have realised this sooner, but I have just discovered that the cards in this kit (and I am sure in all the others too) fit in our standard White Envelopes, so you can chop up the envelopes too!

The first two images of alternative projects I have shared here were the two I shared on camera, but there are endless possibilities for this set, so as I had a few minutes spare I made a few more.

Because this set has a stamp set included, you can create your own fussy cut images to make the kit go on for as long as you are inspired. I the project above I simply stamped one of the leaves on the patterned paper.

This next card also includes some additional stamping on the background. I had a few off-cuts of the patterned paper, so stamped one of the sentiments on one of the plainer areas, as well as adding some of the dots on the card base to make that a little more interesting.

This is another example of stamping on the background. I also threaded the linen thread through the slits in the sentiment strip, tying the ends in a loose bow.

Simply adding one of the chair die cuts with Dimensionals, next to the sentiment strip makes a really easy, but effective card. Adding some linen thread under the sentiment strip adds a little something extra.
