Top Tip Tuesday – 5 Ways to use Soft Pastels from Stampin’ Up! Today I am sharing some really easy ways to use our Soft Pastels Assortment. There are many more than 5 ways, but these are some of my favourites.
The 5 I have chosen to highlight today including classics such as using cotton buds to add soft colour. But my favourites from today’s selection are using a Water Painter to make chalk ‘paint’ and using Versa Mark to catch the pastels to give a coloured outline. This latter technique gives the softest of finishes. I found that using Shimmer White card gave the best results if you are using water or rubbing alcohol.
I don’t have much more to say about today’s Top Tip that isn’t already covered in the Video Tutorial, so I will leave it there and hand over to my alter ego.
Do remember to take a look at the ADDITIONAL Sale-a-Bration items that have been added today. If they are something you are interested in PLEASE remember to use the SALE-A-BRATION Item Number, not the regular one from the Annual Catalogue, otherwise you will be charged for the item rather than getting it FREE. I have an ordering special for qualifying Online orders placed between 1st and 31st July that use the following Host Code:
Orders of AT LEAST £45/€60 (before P&P) will receive a full pack of Metallic & Shimmer Specialty Paper #159909 as a gift from me.
