#SimpleStamping Saturday – Easy Cards using Amazing Phrasing. Today’s #Simple Stamping card is possibly one of the simplest designs yet, but I love it for its simplicity.
#SimpleStamping Version
I started by stamping ‘amazing’ in Poppy Parade ink in the bottom right corner of the Note Card. I then nestled the ‘you are’ on top of that, stamping in Pacific Point Ink.
Because I always make sure I decorate the envelope of my #SimpleStamping cards, I added ‘you did it!’ to the flap, stamping in Crushed Curry Ink. Easy, Simple, Fun and I really like it.
Stepped Up Version
To step the card up, I repeated the stamping of the sentiment, but this time I stamped ‘amazing’ in Crushed Curry and Poppy Parade, but still nestled the ‘you are’ and then just trimmed it down to size.
I added a Crushed Curry Card Base, a Pacific Point Mat and a layer of the fireworks paper from the Host Paper Pack in the current Mini Catalogue ‘Celebrate Everything’. I finished the card off with lots of Rhinestones.
Further Stepped Up Version
My next version simply added the Deckled Rectangles Dies from the current Annual Catalogue. I love the slightly retro feel of these.
I did have to do some double die cutting to get the sentiment piece smaller than the original rectangle, but this is pretty straight forward.
