Live Crafting REPLAY with Liz – Featuring Sun Prints Suite and MORE! I mentioned on my YouTube Live on Tuesday that I would be doing some unplanned Lives over the next few weeks and yesterday evening was the first of those.
I was featuring the simply gorgeous Sun Prints Suite (on pages 90 and 91) in your new Annual Catalogue. BUT there are some extra papers that Stampin’ Up! has released to go with, and extend, this suite. The Pretty Prints use some of the same patterns as in the Sun Prints Paper, but in a much wider range of colours, so please don’t think that if you don’t like blue, you wont be able to make stunning projects with the Nature’s Prints Bundle and matching paper. You can! AND there is the Brushstrokes Specialty Paper to go with it too!
I decided to CASE one of the projects from the catalogue, but with my own twist. Firstly, I didn’t want to waste any of the amazing paper, so I used one piece, but cut it into 3 and then overlapped the pieces to almost cover the whole of the front of the car, leaving a small gap at the top and bottom, but covering fully from side to side.
I finished off by stamping the sentiment in Starry Sky, onto the label die, then split a Starry Sky label and added the pieces to form a frame. A couple of stamped pieces in Gray Granite and some die cuts in Starry Sky finished the card off, other than adding a few Polished Dots. I was really pleased with how the card turned out.
