The Happy Hedgehogs’ Friends. I have already shared one card using this stamp set, but that had no Hedgehogs on it, and this is a second, also with no hedgehogs in it. In fact, I have yet to make one with the Hedgehogs!
This card uses only a few supplies, some of which are FREE Sale-a-Bration items. All the stamping is in Tuxedo Black and I used a selection of Blends for the colouring (see the Product List below). I wanted to add some ribbon, and chose the Petal Pink from the New Horizons Suite Ribbon Combo. This adds just enough, without overpowering the delicate card details.
I kept the pink theme by adding the layers to a Petal Pink Card Base and layering with one of the B-Sides of the Sunshine and Rainbow Sale-a-Bration Paper Pack, which gives a perfect, pretty backdrop to the decorated panel.
To provide some subtle contrast, I used a piece of the Simply Marbleous Sale-a-Bration papers. This picks up on the small amount of blue I added to the bird. And that’s it. Not complicated or involved, just some simple stamping and colouring, finished off with some layering.
