Live Crafting REPLAY with Liz – Featuring Awesome Otters and Picture This Dies. Today’s YouTube Live featured the really cute Awesome Otters Stamp Set FREE with a Qualifying purchase until the end of this month. I also used a couple of the FREE Paper packs, but the other main product was the Picture This die set from the Annual Catalogue.
Both cards were really easy to put together, the only time being the colouring of those cute little Otters, not that the colouring was difficult. I used some of the new Neutral Tone Blends to colour the Otters. These were launched to customers today and are specifically aimed at being used for colouring skin tones. BUT they are way more useful than just that, they are great for so many other projects.
The colours don’t have very romantic names, but I used SU900 (#159465), SU700 (#159463) and SU400 (#159461) for the Otters, with colours that match the papers for the colour. This first card uses the Simply Marbleous Paper, which is perfect for a water background. I used Basic White to fill the circles from the die, simply adding them to the centre of the paper. All popped up on Dimensionals and just fun for any age.
For my second card I used the ‘B side’ of one of the Sunshine and Rainbow FREE Papers, but this time I only added Dimensionals to the back of the paper, dropping the stamped images in, flat to the mat, as the final touch. I hope you agree that both cards are simply Awesomely Cute!
