YouTube Live Crafting REPLAY with Liz – Featuring All Squared Away. Yesterday saw my final YouTube Live before Christmas, so I wanted to make sure I shared the details before I stopped work for the Christmas Break.
I used the All Squared Away Stamp Set from the Annual Catalogue, but used Real Red Card, Ink and Ribbon (matching my Christmas Nails!) so it could be used for Christmas too.
I stamped each of the square patterns twice on Real Red Ink on Basic White Card. I only needed 6, but stamping a couple of extras gave me the chance to choose the best 6. I cut each of these out by hand, trimming very close to the stamped images, before mounting them on Basic White Squares.
Having scored and cut the box shape (see dimensions below and full details in the Video Tutorial), I added the squares I chose to the flat box and then stuck it together to form the box shape.
The finishing touches were to die cut a Tag using the Tailor Made Tag dies and stamping it with my chosen sentiment (also in Real Red Ink). I added ribbon to the box (from the Playful Pets Trim Combo) and then added the tag with Baker’s Twine (also from the Papered Pets Combo. To tie the black and white twine in with the red project, I added some Mat Black Dots to the Tag. Done!
