Facebook Live Replay – Snowman Season and Snowflake Splendour. Yesterday was a mad day. It actually started late on Monday night when the End of Mini Catalogue Sale started, as well as a Clearance Rack refresh. If you watched my Mini Catalogue Walk Through you will have spotted that there are more than a few items at HALF PRICE!! Well, some have already sold out, and by the time you read this, I suspect even more will have!

I decided to show you how to make a box using the Celebration Label Dies for the lid. This is such a great idea (not mine!) and makes a really cute box lid with such great shaping. I used the same die for my box yesterday, so, as it had been a dream to put together yesterday, I thought I would show you how, live today! Not such a breeze, but we got there in the end. I am stunned that these dies are going at all, but to be half price!! Amazed! But, having shown you how fantastic they are live yesterday, I had a number of orders come in with those on the list, just saying!!

My main plan for yesterday was to remind you that there are some Christmas items in the Annual Catalogue too, so I featured the Snowman Season stamp set and Snowman Builder Die. It is always a little risky featuring items that are on the Discounted list, but I was brave and used the Snowflake Splendour Paper on all my projects. My first project also featured the retiring Balmy Blue Glimmer Paper and the Iridescent Ribbon, as well as the Adhesive Backed Snowflakes. Well, the Designer Series Paper, Balmy Blue Glimmer Paper and Adhesive Backed Snowflakes have gone as I write this. The Ribbon is still available! But it is a cute card!!

The second card used the same paper (which has sold out!) but everything else is still available!! I didn’t use a sentiment during the Facebook Live, but added one afterwards, it definitely needed something, so I used a different sentiment from the Itty Bitty Christmas Stamp Set (which is where ‘Very Merry’ can be found). I love the Frosted Epoxy Droplets as snowballs. They are simply perfect. Do you agree??

On both cards the colouring is VERY subtle. Although I sued the lightest of colours, Pool Party and Balmy Blue Blends, I went over the edges of the colouring with the Colour Lifter. This helps to get rid of any harsh edge, it makes such a difference even on pale colours. Can you see the colouring on the close ups? I hope you can.
