Quick and Easy World of Good Masculine Cards. Who wants a really Quick and Simple card for the men in your life? Anyone? I know I am not alone in struggling sometimes when it comes to making cards for men. But, this year there is a really easy option. World of Good Memories and More Card packs are perfect for so many men. There is no real ‘theme’ so you don’t need your man to be into golf, or sailing, you just need him to like amazing projects. OK, so that may be wishful thinking, but I think you understand where I am coming from.
The Instant Brass Globe Card
The first card I want to share with you is incredibly quick to make, and I really do mean it is just a few moments. This will b much easier for those of us who use International A4, but I am sure it could work if you use North American Letter card. All I did to make this card was to trim a small amount from the bottom of the card. I did add a strip of one of the other cards, which has words foiled on Brass across the whole card. I will be coming back to this again shortly. That was all the cutting I did, all that I needed to do to finish the card was to stick the elements onto the front of the card base, and add a liner to the inside of the card.
Small Quill Card
This is probably the quickest card you could possibly make. All I did was adhere one of the small Memories & More Cards to the front of a small Memories & More Note Card and add another strip from the ‘Foiled Words’ card. The final touch was some Metallic Pearls.
Large Quill Card
For this larger version of the Quill Card I used a Bumblebee card base. To echo the printed effect of Old Paper, I ran a piece of the Designer Series Paper through the Old Paper 3D Embossing Folder. To emphasis the Embossing, I added some Bumblebee ink to the surface and edges of the Designer Series Paper using a sponge dauber. I didn’t add anything from the ‘Words’ Card this time, but I did add the word ‘adventure’ from the Sweet Silhouettes dies. I die cut both some Brass Foil and some Foam Adhesive Sheet. Be careful as you stick the piece together, the Adhesive Sheet is very sticky. Keep the off cuts to use in place of Dimensionals. A Whisper White liner and some more Metallic Pearls finished the project the card off.
In the video I do a quick look at them all and the extra die Cuts and Stickers, so do take a look.
I hope that has given you a good taste of the types of project you could make with these Cards.
