#SimpleStamping Saturday Four Season Floral EXCLUSIVE Sneak Peek. I am so excited to be able to share this new stamp set with you. I am one of a very small number of Demos who has this set. To find out why I have it, you probably need to watch today’s video. What I should say at the start of this post, is that I have got confirmation from Stampin’ Up! that I may share this set ahead of the Catalogue Launch next Wednesday.
The Four Seasons Floral stamp set is part of the Flowers for Every Season Suite in the New Catalogue. As you would imagine, it works perfectly with the other products in the suite, including the Designer Series Paper.
In fact this is the stamp set that works with the poinsettia print. With this in mind, my #SimpleStamping project uses the poinsettia stamp, coloured with Watercolour Pencils, and to decorate the envelope I used the matching paper. Really quick and easy to do. Of course it uses one of our Note Cards and Envelopes, as my #SimpleStamping Saturday projects always do.
Casual Crafter Project
For my slightly stepped up version I have done my usual thing of adding full sized card. I have also used Blends to colour the image, this time the Roses. I have used the Poppy Parade Combo with the Light Shaded Spruce. Please remember that if you need single blends you will need to order them BEFORE 3rd June. After that Blends will only be available in Combo Packs. But back to the project. I used the Label Me Lovely Punch to make the focal point for the card. To get the different shaped elements I simply trimmed away some of the edges. I love to look at punches and not do the ‘obvious’ with them. Keep reading for more on that!
Avid Crafter Project
For my final project I used the Roses stamp again, but this time I tired to get as close as I could to Misty Moonlight without having the Misty Moonlight Blends. I think I got close, but I still have the Misty Moonlight Blends on my shopping list for 3rd June! I used the Stitched So Sweetly Dies this time, but I wanted the bottom layer to look like a buckle, with the Just Jade Ribbon threading through it somehow. It took me a while to find the exact punch I needed. The Scalloped Tag Topper is pretty perfect for this look and you can punch the hole in the die cut without damaging any of the rest of the die cut!!
To see just how perfectly this stamp set fits into the whole suite, just take a peak at the video.
So what do you think? Will the Four Seasons Floral Stamp Set be on your shopping list? As you will now know, assuming you watched the video, I now have it in all 3 languages, so it is going to be great for classes when that is possible again!
