Top Tip Tuesday – What can I use Glue Dots For? I have been asked to show you how I set up my Glue Dots, so today’s video will certainly show you that, but I have also shared a number of uses for Glue Dots.
I think these are one of the most versatile adhesives that we have from Stampin’ Up! These are just a few:
- Embellishments, including light items, such as the Assorted Pompoms, but also heavier items, such as Tropical Oasis Trinkets.
- Attaching ribbon across a card mat. It is easy to cut a piece of ribbon a little longer than the width of the mat, then add a Glue Dot to each end to attach the ribbon to the back of the mat.
- Attaching punched items.
- If you have a piece of paper or card that is not fully stuck down, it is easy to add a glue dot underneath the lifted area to solve that problem.
- Adhere a ‘stand-alone’ ribbon bow.
The list continues, but I hope I have made the point that these are amazing little items. You get a 300 dots on each roll, so there are lots and lots to use.
I strongly suggest you take a look at the video so you can see how I add the dot to each item, there are number of ways to do this, so it will be worth spending the time.
