Sale-A-Bration Team Swaps. One of the things I love most about being part of a Team is that you get to connect with like minded people. In the four (almost) years that I have been a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator I have made some amazing friends from across the world. I know I have already said it, but I love it!!!
I am really fortunate that I now have my own growing team of Demonstrators from across the UK and Europe. Because we are fairly spread out we don’t often get to meet up face to face. But that doesn’t mean we can’t connect and share our love of crafting. A case in point is the recent Team Swap I arranged. The only requirement was that the main feature of the card had to be something from the Sale-a-Bration offerings. I am so impressed with the projects they all shared. Some are really quite new crafters, but they all brought their A Game and the results are simply amazing. I hope you agree. I should mention that my project, above, uses the Flowering Foils Designer Series Paper and the Tag in Bloom Stamp Set, both from the Second Release of Sale-a-Bration products.
The Little Ladybug card on the left was made by a very longstanding friend of mine, Belinda Wells. We grew up together, lost touch and found each other again thanks to my weird surname and YouTube. Belinda is based in Essex, this is the LINK TO HER ONLINE STORE and LINK TO JOIN HER TEAM. The card on the right was made by Margaret McFadyen. Like many of the others, Margaret found me through YouTube. She lives in Inverclyde in Scotland, just a few miles from where my family were once based (a few generations ago). You can find out more about Margaret by following the LINK TO HER STAMPIN’ UP! WEBSITE.
This pair of Lovely Lily Pad cards show just how versatile it is, and just how many products there are in this Sale-a-Bration Mini Bundle. The card on the left was made by Deryl Roughsedge. Deryl is currently crafting for the enjoyment of it, and her projects are amazing. Dare I say that some of her projects have prompted me to buy products I was not going to buy!!! The card on the right was made by Barbara Gibbons who is American, but lives in Germany. She has been a fan of Stampin’ Up! products for many years and would even have items shipped from the USA by some of her American friends.
These last couple of cards both use the Power of Hope Bundle. The card on the left was made by Wendy March. Some years ago Wendy lived near where I now live (it really is a small world). She now lives near Swansea and is running her Stampin’ Up! business with her daughter, and Team Member, Kate. You can find more about Mamgu’s Attic BY CLICKING THIS LINK to her Stampin’ Up! website, or THIS LINK TO HER FACEBOOK PAGE. The card on the left was made by Jan Jones who is one of my most local Team members. Jan lives only about 20 minutes from me. Jan runs occasional events locally, but has yet to take the step into setting up a website of Facebook Business Page.
I hope you agree that they all did an amazing job. To see more of the projects, please watch the video and leave them a comment to let them know just how fantastic they all are. I would love them to get some feedback from someone other than me. I think some of them don’t realise just what amazing crafters they are. Oh, and they are all waiting for me to organise the next swap!!
