Forever Blossoms By Request. I am always delighted to hear from my customers and subscribers if there is a suite, bundle or stamp set they would like me to feature in one of my projects. I can’t guarantee that I will have the specific items, but if I have them I will certainly try my best to do what I can. If there is something that you need some inspiration for, just let me know and I will see what I can do. Today I am answering a recent request to feature the Forever Blossoms Bundle.
I have made a few projects using this set, but it is so pretty I am happy to have another go. To see the other projects simply search my website for ‘Forever Blossoms’.
This project is not very complicated and only uses a few products (well for me anyway!). I decided to let the stamps and embossing folder to shine on this project, which is why it is not a complicated project. The most ‘complicated’ element is the embossed oval. This is only complicated because you need to remember the order in which to do the steps. First die cut the oval, then run it through the embossing folder. If you emboss first and then die cut, you will squash the embossing, which is not really the idea!
Although there is a really pretty Petal Pink Metallic Edged ribbon as part of the full suite, I decided to use the Petal Pink ribbon from the Annual Catalogue. This is much softer and for the look I was after, is a better fit. It is a great ribbon to tie in a bow, being so soft, the knot in the middle of the bow is really small. I love that you can mix and match the products across catalogues and even years. Petal Pink will be the same Petal Pink forever.
I hope you enjoyed the project. If you watch the video you will see that I ask a question that I would love to hear your thoughts on, so why not go and have a look and then let me have your thoughts.
