Botanical Prints Colour your own Designer Series Paper. I really wish I had bought this Product Medley sooner. It is amazing. I am loving the black and white images on some of the Designer Series Papers and have taken a lead from Bruno Bertucci, and started to colour a few of them in.
I have only tried a few so far, with Stampin’ Blends, but I must try a few more and try watercoloured pencils and a blender pen. I imagine you could get some mazing results. But today it is Stampin’ Blends and two quite different colour schemes.the first one I tried saw very much following the colours in the Product Medley, but then I wondered what the result would be like if I tried some really bright, almost neon, colours.
I chose Pineapple Punch and Granny Apple Green for the second version, and it is certainly bright.
What I discovered, is that I also like the look of only some of the paper being coloured. I think I might try a faded look with the watercolour pencils, with the colour getting brighter from one corner cross to the diagonally opposite corner. I think that could be quite stunning. Watch this space to see how I get on. But for now, why not watch the video on how I made today’s cards. While you are there, I would love you to Subscribe to my channel.
I hope you enjoyed that and found it helpful. I would love to know which colour scheme you would use, given the choice.. Why not let me know in the comments. While I was making today’s video, my goal was to hit 8,000 subscribers. Imagine how thrilled I am to have hit that already. Of course I now have another one!!!

You spark my imagination ! I am thinking a spotlighting technique with this paper. Color just an area, maybe punch out , maybe mat. Oh my. I always say I have a card in my head and it hurts. I have to make it to get it out 😊.
Take care
