Freaky Friday Monster Bash Tic Tac Book. I have made these little Tic Tac holders before, but not for a while. But it was one of those moments when you look at a scrap of paper and just know what you need to make with it. How could I not make a Tic Tac Book using Monster Bash Library Book Paper? A match made in………..? Where? I am not sure that ‘heaven’ is the right word given the subject matter!
Using just a few supplies these books are perfect to make for Trick or Treats, or for your children to take to school for their classmates. I should add that the one I made using Imperial Measurements was more successful that the one I made with Metric Measurements. Whether that is because I can’t get my head around Metric, or that Tic Tacs are made in Imperial Measurements, I honestly don’t know. Which ever it is, I have included both measurements for you at the bottom of this post.
I have had some very amusing crafting time reading the titles of the books on the paper. If you get a chance, do take the time to have a good read, whoever it was that came up with these titles certainly had a great sense of humour.
Don’t worry if you don’t have a corner rounder, it is not vital, I just think it finishes the project off nicely. If you are using one, please round the corners before you put the paper and card together. Remember you only need to round two corners of each of the larger pieces of Patterned Paper.
Obviously you could make these using any card and paper, but they really are perfect in this paper. A holder shaped like a book covered in Monster Bash book paper just amuses me!!
