Double Ferrero Rocher Slider Treat Box. Earlier this week I shared a single Ferrero Rocher Treat Box, but I thought that perhaps you might like to give someone two, so this is an idea for a double slider treat box. You could make this into a single slider treat box but changing the dimensions a little if you wish, but a double it is for me.
The first box I made used the Nobel Peacock foiled Specialty Designer Series Paper and matching foils. The colours are so rich and jewelled, and the weight is perfect for this project. All you need to actually construct is the base, you then simply wrap the cover around that, creasing as you go. For the ‘pull’ I simply tied a knot in a loop of ribbon, punched a small hole in one end of the base and fed the ribbon through. The Reversible Ribbon from the Peacock Suite is perfect for this.
The sentiment on both boxes has been made in the same way, just in different colours. The Story Label Punch is perfect for the top of this box. A Die Cut ‘Thanks’ with some rhinestones finishes this off perfectly. I used some of the matching Noble Peacock Rhinestones on the original, and some Basic Rhinestones on the second box.
The second Ferrero Rocher Slider box uses the See a Silhouette Designer Series Paper. I love the look of this paper, it is perfect if you like the effect of Pigment Sprinkles, but not the mess! The richness of the Night of Navy blending into the Pacific Point is one I can’t get enough of. My engagement ring is Blue Sapphire and reminds me of these colours.
I hope you have enjoyed this project. DO take a look at the video to see just how simple it is to put together. The dimensions are at the bottom of this post, so it is simple for you to make your version of this. Let me know how you get on. I love to hear from other crafters. If you send me a handmade card, I will send you one back, wherever you are in the world. My address is in the About Me section of my website.
