OSAT Blog Hop – Something Old Something New. OK, admit it, you went on to finish the title with ‘something borrowed, something blue!’ No. Just me then!! As I was preparing to make this video I heard the cutest tweeting outside my window. When I looked it was a family of Blue Tits which had just started to fledge. They were so cute, but try as I night, I could not get a photo of them, they were just too bouncy! Sorry this is so not on topic! Today, I am featuring the Magnolia Lane Suite of products.
So today we are bringing you projects that combine products that are new in the 2019-20 Catalogue and items that have carried over. Remember that if you need any of the products I have used in today’s projects, they are list below and available through my online store, which is linked below. As I have been hoarding my Copper Tea Tins, I thought I would break one out, fill it with some of my favourite T2 Teas (my customers all received a T2 Tea with their catalogues, because I love them both!). I covered the tin with some of the Designer Series Papers with the smaller patterns and then added some ribbon around the top of the tin, just below the lid.
The lid is decorated with a paper magnolia, the instructions for how to make these is in the catalogue. Take a look, they are such fun. I added a clear epoxy droplet from the carried over Frosted and Clear Epoxy Droplets. As this was for the middle of the flower, I coloured it with the Dark Soft Suede Blend.
The card is so easy to make, and I mean super easy. This is a card for anyone. You don’t even have to stamp on it if you don’t want. It uses cards from the Magnolia Lane Memories & More Card Pack. There are card in this pack that cross over to the Garden Lane Suite, so they are super versatile. They are also great for both men and women; we all need those sorts of supplies, right!

In today’s video I go through both the Magnolia Lane and the Garden Lane Suites, as well as show you just how easy the card is to make. And I really do mean it is easy. It is just gluing if you want to leave out the sentiment inside. Oh, I also stamped on the envelope and coloured with Blends. This give such a great finish to your project, and the Blends don’t bleed through to the back of the envelope. Perfect!
