Gingham Gala Craft Box – Peekaboo Card

Gingham Gala Craft Box – Peekaboo Card. This is my second post of the day. After the excitement of the Storage by Stampin’ Up! launch this morning, I thought I would share another Gingham Gala card with you this evening.

Gingham Gala Craft Box Peekaboo Card

This is a popular layout for cards, but one I have not used in this form before. Both cards are Tone on Tone, but with a pop of colour from the stamping. I used my Stamparatus so the stamping was super easy to line up. As I had selected Balmy Blue and Highland Heather for my 2 cards, I chose to use Grapefruit Grove and Lemon Lime Twist for the stamping as these are also in the papers. Oh, and while I remember, we will soon be saying goodbye to Lemon Lime Twist, so if you love it, like me, stock up NOW!

Gingham Gala Craft Box Peekaboo Card

Take a look at the video to see how I made the card, but it really is a reasonably simple card to put together, so why not give it a try. Perfect for a Springtime card to give to someone ‘just because’. The stamp set has the perfect sentiment for that too ‘Wishing you a Lovely Day’, yes, just perfect. Who said ‘Forever Lovely’ was only for Valentine’s Day?

I have used items from my April Gingham Gala Craft Box as a (not very) subtle reminder that if you want one of these amazing boxes, you need to let me know ASAP as payment must be with me by the end of Wednesday 3rd April, just 2 days time. Please don’t miss out on this fantastic box, perfect for spring projects. The full details are HERE, so please take a look and then drop me an email at liz.yuille@artlover.com to order yours.
