Ferrero Rocher Botanical Tags Treat Holder. I had forgotten that before I went off to Norway I had bought a large box of Ferrero Rocher. I was having a bit of a tidy and I found them under a pack of Designer Series Paper. There was no choice really, but to show you a Ferrero Rocher Project, and this one is so cute. Now I do need to warn you that at the point of typing this post, the Botanical Tags Dies are on Backorder, but there are LOTS coming into the warehouse any day now, so they are still worth ordering. I found this project on Pinterest. The one I found was made about 3 years ago by Stampin’ Dolce, why not take a look?
Because I wanted to use the Botanical Tags, I needed to change the dimensions and supplies a little, but I love the result, particularly the one I made on camera, I had found a better way of making it by then. The colour scheme was inspired by the All My Love Designer Series Paper. I picked out the least Valentine’s colours, Soft Sea Foam and Crumb Cake. You only need a very small piece and I would recommend one with a very small pattern.
The Botanical Tags Dies have other tag toppers, but the Birds is the easiest to back the way I have as the curve is the same as a 2″ circle. Never one to go the hard route when there is an easier one, that is why I went with the Birds. The circle in the base is quite a snug fit for the Ferrero Rocher, so I added a small piece of Snail to the bottom of the holder to make sure the treat did not fall out. I did try the larger Circle Punch, but that was too large.
One great bonus of this Treat Holder is that you can fold it flat, so could make lots for an event knowing they would not take up too much space, and would be in top condition for it. Just pop the Treat Holder up and drop in the Ferrero Rocher a couple of hours before the event. Another plus is that you can get 5 from one sheet of A4 card stock. You will need to extra for the contrast card, but you can get at least 10 of those from one sheet of A4 card stock. How about using them for your Place Names at your next Dinner Party?
