The Mini Handbag Gift holds just one Ferrero Rocher or a few mini eggs (I am guessing!). It is really cute and is closed using mini neodymium magnets. I know you are going to ask me where I got the, but other than saying Amazon, I don’t have any other information. Sorry. If you are making these for children, please don’t use the magnets, replace them with mini Velcro dots. On with the information about how to make the bag.
I used paper from the How Sweet It Is Suite. To be honest I did not fall in love with this paper when I first saw it, far from it. I really did not like it, it is just too sugar sweet for my taste, but would be perfect for children. BUT, once I got my hands on the paper I fell for it. It is beautiful, and bright, and fun. Some of the large prints are why I didn’t like the paper, but the ‘B sides’ are so ‘ME’. I can honestly say that there is not one piece of paper that I would not be happy to use.
The feature stamped image is from the Label Me Pretty Set, which is perfect to use with the Pretty Label Punch and exactly the same width as the bag. I did round the corners of the bag flap before I added the punched image, but you could just trim them at an angle to make sure they don’t show from behind the punched image. Add a ribbon handle, a bit of Wink of Stella and some Glitter Enamel Dots and you are done. The dimensions are all at the bottom of this post, but you probably want to follow along with the video too, just to be sure you know what goes where. Although this is not difficult, it is a little different to make.
