Welcome to the Sparkling Sunflowers! It has to be one of my absolute favourite things to do, welcome a new member to my Team. Sometimes I know that someone is thinking about signing up because they have already contacted me to tell me that they are going to, or to ask questions. Sometimes the first I know that they have signed up is when I get an email from Stampin’ Up! to let me know. Both are really exciting.

I have a standard Welcome Pack that I send out to my Team Members shortly after they have signed up. It is not much, but I hope it is helpful for my new Team and gives them a few pointers that may make it a little easier to succeed. I say ‘succeed’. That can be different things for different people. It could be simply crafting with friends, it could be to start a business with classes and a website, it could be something in between. In fact that is where most of my Team sit. But they are all Stars in my eyes, that is why they ‘Sparkle’!

My pack includes some pretty items (and chocolate) and some business tools. I always use the Painted Harvest Stamp set from the Annual Catalogue for the welcome cards. It is just perfect for the Sparkling Sunflowers. The ‘Welcome to the Team!’ is from a Demo exclusive set. It is perfect for us Team Leaders. Probably the main item I send is a Colour Swatch. I remember receiving one from my Team Leader and it was such a help. Even though the colours have changed, I still have that colour swatch. I really enjoy making the Swatches, and I love that this is only ever something I send to my Team. It is just for them, in fact everything I send then is just for them. I want them to feel special, because they are!
