Bokeh Love – A Match Made in Heaven. During the past few weeks I have seen some amazing projects using watercolour techniques. The latest one I saw was made by the lovely Jenny Hall. Jenny made a card with Bokeh dots on. Now I admit I have not read her post, so I have no idea how she did it, but it made me think.

I remembered that the Beauty Abounds stamp set has some Bokeh dot images, so I pulled these. I washed some colour across a small piece of Shimmery White card, using an Aqua Painter, then, using the same colour ink, stamped on the damp card. The result is so pretty and it was such fun watching the colours settle. I prefer to leave these watercolour pieces to dry naturally, they flatten out well and just look better. If you are in a rush, you could use the low setting on your heat tool.

Just for fun, I thought I would turn this into a Valentine’s Card using the bird image from Hey Love. I added some bling with the FREE Sale-a-bration foil, some sequins and an Epoxy Heart coloured with a Stampin Blend. Such fun!
