Swirly Scribbles Snowfall Wreath – Inspire Create Challenges #031

Swirly Scribbles Snowfall Wreath – Inspire Create Challenges #031. Its Colour Challenge Time!! and what a great set of colours we have for you this time. At the point when I am writing this I am going through a real Copper phase, so this is perfect for me.

I thought I would play with the Limited Edition Snowflake Showcase Suite and add some older favourites. The first element was to emboss the Sahara Sand Mat with the Swirls and Curls Folder. Then I selected some of the Copper Glimmer Paper from the Joyous Noel Suite and some Copper Foil. While I was going through the Joyous Noel Glimmer Paper I thought I might as well go the whole hog and pull the Merry Merlot Glimmer Paper too. Next was the die cutting. I know I wanted a wreath, so had a look through my supplies and pulled the Swirly Scribbles Dies. There are a couple of dies you can use for wreaths in this set.

To make my life easy, I used the Multi Purpose Adhesive Sheets on the back of all the die cuts, it just makes perfect sense. I stamped the small ‘Joy’ and mounted it on a scalloped circle using the scrap from the middle of the wreath. This just to filled the centre of the wreath, as it seemed a little bare. I thought the Merry Merlot snowflake was a nice quirk!
