Celebrate and Hold on To Hope. It is that time again! Time for another Inspire.Create.Challenge and this time it is a Theme challenge. What is the theme? Celebration. Why? Because we are celebrating our anniversary!

All the Design Team are incredibly excited about this, so what better Celebration than to have Celebration as our Theme. Please take a look at the incredible projects that everyone has come up with. I took a sneak peek when I added my image and link. I was late submitting them, not for the first time. But this meant I could see what everyone has made.

 

It has been super busy at Old Stables Crafts HQ as I have been cutting up paper and ribbon for my Autumn/Winter Catalogue Shares. I love doing them, but the ribbon in particular takes a long time to do. But they all got dropped off at the Post Office earlier this week. We only have a very small sub-Post Office, so I try to go at a quiet time. By the time I let there was a queue! Fortunately I am getting to know the guy who runs it, so we now have a system to keep things going quickly.

Anyway. Enough chit-chat. The project is really not too complicated, although there is some die-cutting. The colours were chosen simply because I have too many Pacific Point mats cut, but I really like how it came out. Our Parish Church is St Mary’s, so the blue is perfect. As we start to think about Harvest Festival, Celebration seems right too. Whatever your personal beliefs, we should find time to celebrate the World around us.

Now I must go and start work on the next Challenge!
