Global Design Project Colour Challenge

Global Design Project Colour Challenge. It is a while since I took part in one of the Global Design Project Challenges. I have been thinking about it for a while now, but I just don’t seem to have been able to fit it in my schedule. I try to prepare my posts and videos some days, ideally weeks, in advance, so it is hard. But, I have a free slot and I LOVE the challenge the Global Design Project has set this time.

Tropical Chic Global Design Project Card

I love a good colour challenge, and the Global Design Project this time is certainly one of those. A set of colours I would never have put together myself, but I am really pleased with how it turned out. I have to admit I did take a bit of a liberty with the Glitter Gems. Technically these are Coastal Cabana, but I think of that as being a lighter version of Bermuda Bay, so I hope it is OK! Oh, and don’t put a stamp sith Bermuda Bay on it into your Lovely Lipstick Ink Pad! I did sort it out, so take a look at the video to see how.

Would you have ever put these colours together? I am not sure there are many who would, but for me the Global Design Project team has just convinced me to be braver with my colours.

So what colour scheme do you think I should use next? Why not leave me a comment or drop me an email with your suggestions? Or is it just the Global Design Project that will come up with an ‘interesting’ colour challenge? Go on, I would love to hear from you.
