Animal Outing Thank You Card

Animal Outing Thank You Card. This weekend was meant to be a quite weekend spending time with my family. Don’t get me wrong, it was a lot quieter than it often is, but we were lucky to receive an invitation to a drinks party later this summer. Anything in my world that requires and RSVP, means a Thank You card, so into the Craft Room I went.

I grabbed a piece of the Animal Outing Designer Series Paper and put a really quick, really bright and jolly Thank You card together. Now a Black Cardbase is not always the instant choice for a bright card, but in this case, it was the perfect foil for the bright colours of the Paper. I chose a Lemon Lime Twist Mat and the almost solid pattern of Berry Burst. As these are both from the 2017-2019 In Colors, they are bound to work well together, and they do. I added a scrap of Adhesive Sheet to the back of the Lemon Lime Twist mat and then die-cut ‘Thank You’ from the middle. This saves card and results in a sticker for the die, so a great way to go.

Stick the mat down, add the paper, then the die-cut and a Mini Ruffled Lemon Lime Twist bow, and the outside of the card is done. A quick bit of Lemon Lime Twist Stamping on a Whisper White mat for the inside and it really is done!
