Enjoy Life and Meet New Colours Take 2. You see, having made the backgounds for the card I showed you yesterday, it made sense to use them for a different project today. Here it is.

Obviously the background is made in the same way as yesterday’s, so if you missed that post, you may wish to take a look. It is a really easy technique, but can be used for all sorts of wash backgrounds. Do give it a go.

Today’s background is actually slightly lighter than yesterday’s, so I have finished it in a more subtle way. I love the floral images in the set and I thin they lend themselves to this background. I added a different sentiment, but I love all of them in this set. The main differences are the addition of the silver ribbon (still available, but only until the end of the month). Oh, and I didn’t pop up the mats for this one. I am really happy with how both cards turned out and although they are clearly similar in style, they are suitable for totally different occasions.
