I only bought the Swirly Bird Bundle recently. Originally I had not got my head around it, but now I can see so many possibilities for great and fun cards.
Today’s card is a fun and simple card, which I accept does use a LOT of colours of ink, but I work on the basis that once you have the ink pads you really should use them. If you don’t have all the colours I have used, you could use a smaller number and just do more two generation stamping to get the additional shades. You could probably stamp the boat using three generations on blue and then just the hint of red to add that little ‘pop’ of colour. Although I have got the full bundle, this card only uses the stamps; the boat is cut by hand and is simple enough to do.
There are 24 stamps in this set, so it really is great value and if you keep an eye on my blog for a while, you will see some more projects coming up using the set in different ways. Almost a mini series!
