Masking Techniques to feed your Stamping Addiction

One of the many, many perks of being a Stampin’ Up! Demo is the Quarterly Magazine we get that is jam packed with so many great ideas, training and support, both from Stampin’ Up! itself, but also from other Demos across the world.

We have just received our Quarter 2 edition, and it does not disappoint. In this issue there are a number of samples that showcase both techniques, but also some of the products that may have been caught in a bit of a backwater somewhere. Today’s project is my take on one of those projects, and I love it. It is so simple and shows a great way of using some of the huge background stamps that we have on offer, in this case, Hardwood. It is very large, so much so that it is one for both hands.

This is definitely one of those projects where you can use any colour scheme and for any occasion and it will work. My examples are basically the same card, yet one is perfect for male recipients, the other for female; jazz it up with brighter colours and, perhaps a bit of a clash, and it could work for teenagers too. We all need a card like this in our arsenal, the little black dress of card making.

If you would like to get your hands on this great publication, then all you need to do is select any two stamp sets from the Annual or Spring/Summer catalogue, a further £130 of products of your choice and then click this link:

I AM AN ADDICT, PLEASE FEED MY ADDICTION

There is a very reasonable charge of just £99 (inclusive of P&P) for all of these items, plus Stampin’ Up! will insist that you take 20% off all your future orders for at least the next 3-1/2 months. HOWEVER, if you order too much in the next 6 months, Stampin’ Up! will insist you take 25% off your orders (or possibly more) and will give you some free gifts to chose from. I am really sorry, but they make us take the discounts and pressies. I know you would rather continue buying our premium brand products as the full retail price, but if you take this offer, they won’t let you!!

You know what, don’t do it, I know you would rather spend more on your craft habit! AND if you wait until April, then it will be so much easier to resists, because Stampin’ Up! will withdraw the additional two free stamp sets; you can hold out until April can’t you? That way you can get less for your money.

Joking apart, the amazing Sale-a-Bration joining offer only has a few days left, then it will be gone and may never return, and even if it does, it will be at least 9 months before it does.

I really hope to be able to welcome you to my rapidly growing team of craft addicts very soon.
